The problem

An agency’s knowledge sits in decks, drives and meetings that nobody can search, and the same creative gets resized by hand for every platform.

Built by me

AI Adapts, UI and backend: one approved creative resized for every platform without breaking the brand, using brand logos, reference images and an image-analysis pass, with 2K and 4K upscales.
Progress for AI Adapts streams over SSE, and jobs left stuck by a closed browser recover on their own.
Echo’s transcript pipeline: audio chunks processed in parallel, speakers matched from three Recall.ai data sources, editable transcripts, and cancelled meetings no longer saved.
